How life coaching is booked
Life coaching usually starts with a conversation: a free call to understand what the person wants to change — a career move, confidence, a transition, a project — and to see whether you're the right coach. Then comes a series of sessions, often every one or two weeks, sometimes bundled into a programme. Many coaches work by video, which means clients can be anywhere and book at any hour.
That first step is the fragile one. If booking a call means waiting for an email reply, some people change their mind. A booking page lets them take the step the moment they decide to.
From discovery call to regular sessions
On Book, each format is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes: 30 minutes for a free discovery call, an hour for a session, two for an intensive. Use the description to explain how you work and what a session involves. For group coaching circles, set the slot's capacity to the number of places; each participant books one.
Clients in a programme can book their next session on your page, or you book it for them from your calendar at the end of each session.
