Video astrology readings for clients in other time zones

Make video readings their own service, open some slots at hours that suit the time zones your clients live in, and say clearly in the description which time zone your page uses. Book shows slot times in your time zone and displays its name next to them, so a client abroad can see at a glance that 8am on your page is their evening. Send the video link by email after each booking, and ask for the birth place as carefully as for in-person readings.

If you have clients on another continent, look at where your working hours overlap with their evenings or weekends. For clients in the Americas, that may be your late evening; for clients in Asia or Australia, your early morning. Create a few video slots at those hours on the weekdays you choose, and repeat them each week until an end date. You don't need many: a couple of early or late slots a week is enough to make booking possible.

Your booking page shows times in your time zone and displays its name. Add a sentence to the video description as well, such as "All times are Paris time", so nobody books the wrong hour. The confirmation email includes a calendar file the client can add to their own calendar.

Clients born in another country need to give the town and country of birth, not just the country; the time of birth matters as much as for anyone else. Ask for both in the booking note, together with their current city if you offer year-ahead readings. The public booking form asks for first name, last name, email and phone, plus that optional note. The note also appears in the client's calendar file, so those who prefer can send details by email instead.

Clients can't move bookings online: they contact you, and you move or cancel from your bookings list. Book doesn't email clients about changes, so confirm the new time yourself, stating the time zone. Book doesn't take payments, so explain how clients abroad pay you.
