Online booking for astrologers

Astrologers usually work by appointment. Before a birth chart reading, you need the client's date, time and place of birth to prepare the chart. A first full reading often takes an hour or more; clients may come back each year around their birthday for a forecast, or book a shorter session with a specific question. Many consultations happen by video, which brings clients from other cities and countries.

Collecting birth details and finding a time by message is slow. A booking page lets clients pick a slot and send their details at the same time.

On Book, each type of reading is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what the reading covers, whether it's in person or by video, and to ask for the birth date, time and place in the booking note. Slot times are shown in your business's time zone, with the time zone displayed, which helps clients booking from abroad.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't host video calls, send reminders or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.

To fill a regular week quickly, create a slot once and repeat it on the weekdays you choose until an end date. Keep one or two evenings open for clients in other time zones.
