Online booking for personal shoppers

Personal shopping usually follows a path: a first consultation to understand the client's lifestyle, body shape, budget and goals; a wardrobe edit at home to sort what stays and what goes; then a shopping trip to fill the gaps. Some clients only need an outfit for a specific event, a gift found for them, or a virtual session with links to buy online. Shopping trips depend on store opening hours and often happen on weekdays when shops are quieter.

A booking page lets clients start with the consultation and book the next steps in the slots you open.

On Book, each service has its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say where you meet, what the client should prepare, such as photos of outfits they like or their measurements, and whether the shopping budget is separate from your fee. Clients can add a note with the occasion and their style. Book the wardrobe edit and shopping trip yourself after the first consultation.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't sell clothes, host video calls or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.

Your page shows times in your business's time zone, with its name displayed, so there's no confusion for clients booking from elsewhere. To fill a regular week quickly, create a slot once and repeat it on the weekdays you choose until an end date.
