Online booking for accountants

An accountant's year has peaks: personal tax returns, company year-ends and filing deadlines bring everyone at once. Around them sit steady work, like monthly bookkeeping, and the meetings that bring new clients in: someone setting up a business, a freelancer who needs help with their first return, an owner who wants to understand their numbers. Each meeting needs the client to bring the right documents, or it has to be rebooked.

A booking page lets clients pick a time within the slots you open for each kind of meeting, and read what to bring before they come.

On Book, each type of meeting is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to list the documents to bring, like last year's return, bank statements or invoices, and whether the meeting is at your office or by video. Clients can add a short note when booking, such as their business type.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't handle documents, invoices or payments, and it gives your firm one booking page rather than a calendar per accountant. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
