Online booking for credit advisers

Many borrowers come to a credit adviser at a precise moment: before house hunting, after an offer is accepted, or when rates change and they wonder about refinancing. The first meeting looks at income, savings and existing loans to estimate what they can borrow. Then comes the file: documents to gather, a review before it's sent to lenders, and finally a meeting to go through the offers received and explain the terms.

Timing matters, because property sales run on deadlines. A booking page lets buyers book a first meeting straight away, and lets you set follow-ups as the file moves forward.

On Book, each type of meeting is a service with its own description, and a price if you charge one, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to list the documents to bring, such as payslips, tax notices, bank statements and the sale agreement, and whether the meeting is at your office or by video. Clients can add a short note when booking, like the property price or their timeline.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't collect documents, simulate loans or take payments.
