Online booking for dog trainers

Dog training usually starts with a first meeting: you watch the dog, hear what the owner wants to change and agree on a plan. After that, owners come back for regular sessions, one-to-one or in a group, and practise between them. Puppy classes and obedience courses run as small groups, while pulling, reactivity or recall problems often need individual work, at the owner's home or outdoors where the problem happens.

During a session you're handling a dog and coaching an owner at the same time. Calls and messages wait until evening, and an owner who can't reach you may look for another trainer. A booking page lets them pick a session and a time on their own.

In Book, each type of session is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. A group slot can take several bookings: set how many places it has, for example six dogs for a puppy class, and each owner books one place. A one-to-one session takes a slot with a single place. Use the description to say where the session happens, what to bring and which age or level it suits.

Owners book without creating an account and get a confirmation email; you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't keep training notes or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
