Online booking for street performers

Jugglers, magicians, clowns, living statues and fire performers often work the streets and festivals in season, and take private bookings the rest of the time: children's parties, wedding cocktails, company family days, shop openings. Each booking needs a quick conversation about the space, the audience, the timing and safety for fire or aerial acts. Many performers also teach circus skills in workshops for children or adults.

Requests come from people who saw you perform and took your card, often weeks later. A booking page lets them book a call or a show on the dates you open, even while you're on the road.

On Book, each type of booking is a service with its own description, and a price if you show one, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Open booking calls for event organisers and book event dates yourself once agreed, or open party slots on weekends. For workshops, set how many places the slot has; each participant books one place. Use the description to say what space you need, what's included and your travel area.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone, and can add a note with the address, the age of the children or the number of guests. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't sign contracts or take payments or deposits. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
