On Book, each type of booking is a service with its own description, and a price if you show one, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. For the event itself, open the dates you're available, or book the date yourself once details and contract are agreed; an event within a single day fits one slot. Use the description to say what's included, like equipment, travel area or set length.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone, and can add a note such as the venue and number of guests. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Your calendar syncs with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't sign contracts, sell tickets or take payments or deposits. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.

Your page shows times in your business's time zone, with its name displayed, so there's no confusion for clients booking from elsewhere. To fill a regular week quickly, create a slot once and repeat it on the weekdays you choose until an end date.
