What a bar can open for booking
Cocktail masterclasses and mobile bars for private parties are covered on our cocktail bartender page. This page is about the bar itself: the moments that work better booked than improvised. Tasting evenings with a fixed number of seats at the counter, a reserved corner for a birthday or a leaving party, a team's after-work drinks, trial shifts for candidates and visits from brand reps and suppliers, kept away from the rush.
Each becomes a service with its own description and an optional price. You open slots on the evenings you choose, and guests or contacts book them without calling during service.
Seats for tastings, one booking for a group corner
For a tasting, set the number of seats on the slot, for example ten at the counter: each guest books one seat, and a full tasting is no longer shown. For a group corner, keep a single place on the slot: one person books the corner for their group and mentions the number of guests in the note. When someone asks at the bar, book the seat or the corner for them from your calendar.
A weekly tasting night is quick to set up: create the slot once and repeat it every Thursday until an end date.

Guests book without an account and receive a confirmation email; you receive an email for each new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the guest know. Your calendar syncs with Google, iPhone or Mac, and your page shows times in your business's time zone, with its name displayed.
