On Book, each type of planned job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes, travel included. Use the description to say what the customer needs to prepare: keys, papers, access to the vehicle, whether the car rolls and steers, and the destination. The booking note is where they give the pick-up and drop-off addresses.
Keep a margin in your day for emergencies: open planned slots on some half-days only, or leave gaps between them, so an urgent call doesn't make you late for a booked job.
