Online booking for vehicle glaziers

Auto glass work is mostly planned repair. A chip should be fixed quickly before it becomes a crack, but it's a 30-minute job that can wait a day or two. Replacements need the right glass ordered for the exact model, and many modern cars also need their driver-assistance camera recalibrated after a new windscreen. Many glaziers work both at their workshop and on the road, fitting at the customer's home or office.

A booking page lets drivers book a repair or replacement slot straight away, and lets you plan mobile rounds by area.

On Book, each job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what's included, how long the car shouldn't be driven after a replacement, and what the driver should give you, such as the make, model, year and registration. Drivers can add a note with those details, so you order the right glass. For replacements that need a part, book the fitting yourself once the glass arrives.

Drivers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the driver know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't handle insurance claims, order glass or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
