How aromatherapists work with clients
Aromatherapy practice usually mixes several formats. A first consultation takes time: you ask about habits, preferences and what the client is looking for, then suggest blends and ways to use them. Follow-ups are shorter. Many aromatherapists also give aromatherapy massages, and some run workshops where a small group learns to use essential oils at home.
Each of these has a different length and price, and some are one-to-one while others are group sessions. Managing them by phone and message quickly turns into a puzzle.
One-to-one sessions
On Book, each format is its own service with its own price, and you open slots for each at the length it takes: an hour for a first consultation, 30 minutes for a follow-up, an hour for a massage. Clients pick the service, see its price and duration, then choose one of its free slots. If you consult by video, add it as a separate service and share the call link with the client after the booking.
Workshops with several places
A slot can take several people: set its capacity to the number of places in your workshop, and each participant books their own place on your page. When it's full, the slot is no longer offered.
