How nail techs fill their week
Nail work is all about precise time blocks. A classic manicure takes about 30 minutes, gel polish 45, a full set of extensions an hour and a half, a refill about an hour. Many clients come back every three to four weeks, so a good part of your book is regulars who need their next refill at the right moment.
Many manicurists take bookings through Instagram or WhatsApp messages. That works until you're answering "do you have anything Thursday?" with a brush in your hand, or a client waits a day for a reply and books elsewhere.
One service per real duration
A refill booked as a simple manicure throws off the rest of your day.
