Online booking for snowboard instructors

Snowboarding has a steep start: the first days are the hardest, which is why many beginners book lessons for the first two or three mornings of their stay. After that, riders come back for specific goals — linking turns, riding powder, learning jumps and rails in the park, or a guided off-piste day when conditions allow. School holidays and weekends are busy, and some teenage riders book in small groups with friends.

Requests come in by message while you're on the chairlift. A booking page lets riders see what you offer and when you're free, and book before they even arrive.

On Book, each lesson type is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. For small-group lessons, set the slot's capacity to the number of riders; each rider books one place. Use the description for the level, the meeting point, whether a helmet is required and what equipment to bring. Open freeride days only when you know you'll be available to guide them.

Riders book without an account and receive a confirmation email; you receive an email for each new booking. Your calendar syncs with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't sell lift passes, rent equipment or take payment. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.

Your page shows times in your business's time zone, with its name displayed, so there's no confusion for clients booking from elsewhere. To fill a regular week quickly, create a slot once and repeat it on the weekdays you choose until an end date.
