How boxing coaches fill their week

Boxing coaches mix one-to-one pad work with group classes: boxing fitness for people who want the workout without the contact, technique classes for beginners, sparring sessions for those who compete, and kids' classes after school. Group classes are limited by the space and the number of bags, and technique classes work better when the coach knows how many people are coming.
