Online booking for football coaches

Team coaching at a club is organised by the club itself and isn't something players book. But many coaches also work privately: extra skills sessions for young players who want to progress, small technical groups, specific goalkeeper training, speed work, match video analysis and holiday camps. Parents look for these sessions in the evening and want to know the age group, the level and the price.

Organising all of that through a group chat quickly gets messy: who's coming on Tuesday, how many places are left in the camp, who paid for which day. A booking page answers the first two questions for you.

On Book, each format is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes, on the pitch time you have. For group sessions and camps, set the slot's capacity to the number of players; each player books one place, and the session disappears once it's full. Use the description for age group, level, boots and kit, and the pitch address.

Parents and players book without an account and receive a confirmation email; you receive an email for each new booking. Your calendar syncs with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't book pitches, manage club registrations or take payment. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.

Your page shows times in your business's time zone, with its name displayed, so there's no confusion for clients booking from elsewhere. To fill a regular week quickly, create a slot once and repeat it on the weekdays you choose until an end date.
