Online booking for general practitioners

A general practice runs on short consultations, many of them booked at the last minute. Mornings start with a wave of calls from people who woke up ill and want to be seen today, while others call to book a routine follow-up, a vaccination or a certificate weeks ahead. For a GP without a secretary, answering all of that between patients is exhausting, and patients who can't get through end up elsewhere.
