How a gardener's year is booked
Garden work follows the seasons. Spring brings mowing, planting and design projects; early summer is hedge season; autumn means leaf clearing and pruning; winter is quieter and suits planning and hard landscaping. Regular maintenance customers want the same visit every week or two, while one-off jobs and new projects start with a visit to see the garden and give a quote.
Customers ask while you're working outdoors, and many requests arrive at the same time of year. A booking page lets them book a visit or a job from your free slots, so you don't lose the spring rush to voicemail.
Maintenance, visits and projects
On Book, each job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what's included, whether green waste is taken away, and which areas you cover. For weekly maintenance, repeat slots by day of the week and book regular customers yourself. Larger landscaping projects that run over several days are agreed after the quote visit, since each slot sits within one day.
