Online booking for construction painters

Painting work usually starts with a visit: you look at the surfaces, check what preparation is needed and measure before giving a price. Bigger jobs, like a whole flat, a staircase or a facade, run over several days and are planned once the quote is accepted. Smaller ones, a single room, a ceiling or touch-ups before a move, fit into a day or less and can be booked directly.

Quote visits are where time goes: each one takes calls to arrange, and many are in the evening or on Saturdays when the customer is home. A booking page lets customers pick a visit slot from the ones you open, without the back-and-forth.

On Book, each visit or job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what's included, such as protecting floors, filling cracks or supplying paint, and what the customer should prepare, like moving furniture. Customers can add a note with their address, the rooms and photos they can send you later. Each slot sits within one day, so multi-day projects are scheduled after the quote.

Customers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking.
