How housekeeping rounds work
A housekeeper's week is built on regular clients: the same homes, on the same days, for two or three hours each. Around those fixed rounds come one-off jobs, like a deep clean before guests arrive, a spring clean, cleaning at the end of a tenancy or help after building work. A first visit to walk through the home, agree on priorities and hand over keys is common before starting.
Finding a new regular slot usually means a long exchange of messages. A booking page shows the hours you have left, so new clients book a first visit or a one-off clean without the back-and-forth.
Regular rounds and one-off jobs
On Book, each type of cleaning is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Repeat slots by day of the week for regular work, and book your regular clients into them yourself so those hours aren't offered online. Use the description to say what's included, whether you bring products and equipment, and which area you cover.
