Online booking for plasterers

Plastering comes in two sizes. Big jobs, like a full renovation, new partitions or a house re-skim, run over several days and often follow the electrician and plumber on a building site. Small jobs are everywhere: patching chases after new wiring, repairing a ceiling crack, skimming one room before it's painted. Those small jobs are hard to fit around big ones by phone, and each starts with a quick look to judge the work.

A booking page lets customers book the quote visit or a small job directly on the days you keep for them.

On Book, each visit or job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what's included, like making good and cleaning up, and what the customer should prepare, such as clearing the room and covering furniture. Customers can add a note with the address and the size of the area. Each slot sits within one day, so bigger work is scheduled after the quote.

Customers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the customer know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't write quotes or invoices, or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
