Online booking for plate glass installers

Most glazing work needs two visits. The first is to measure precisely, since glass is cut to size and toughened glass can't be trimmed on site. Then, once the glass is ready, you come back to fit it. Some jobs, like a cracked pane in a standard window, can sometimes be done faster; others, like a frameless shower screen or a large mirror, need exact measurements and careful handling on the day.

A booking page handles both steps: customers book the measuring visit, and you book the fitting when the glass arrives.

On Book, each visit or job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what's included, like removing and disposing of the old glass, and what the customer should prepare, such as clearing access to the window or bathroom. Customers can add a note with their address and the job. Book your fitting appointments yourself from your calendar once the glass is delivered.

Customers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the customer know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't handle emergency boarding-up, write quotes or invoices, or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
