Online booking for roofers

On Book, each job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what the inspection covers, whether access equipment is included and what the customer should check, such as parking space for a van. Customers can add a note with their address, the roof type and photos they can send later. Each slot sits within one day, so re-roofs are scheduled after the quote.

Customers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. When weather stops work, reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let customers know. Your calendar syncs with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't handle emergency call-outs, write quotes or invoices, or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
