Online booking for immigration advisers

Immigration procedures are document-heavy and deadline-driven. A first consultation clarifies which procedure fits the person's situation, what documents they need and how long it usually takes. Then come file checks before submission, meetings before an appointment at the prefecture or consulate, and renewals years later. Many clients are abroad or have just arrived, work unusual hours, or prefer to communicate in writing.

A booking page lets them see your availability and book in a few clicks, in person or by video, without having to call an office during local working hours.

On Book, each type of consultation is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to list the documents to prepare, the languages you work in and whether the meeting is at your office or by video. Clients can add a short note when booking, such as the procedure concerned; ask them to keep personal details for the consultation. Slot times on your page are shown in your business's time zone, with the time zone displayed, so clients abroad can convert them.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't manage files, submit applications or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
