Online booking for financial auditors
An audit is weeks of work, but it runs on meetings: a first conversation with a prospect, a planning meeting, interviews with the finance team during fieldwork, a closing meeting with the directors. Let people book those meetings online in the slots you choose, instead of chasing calendars by email — €5/month, everything included.

Where the meetings are in an audit
Whether you work as an independent statutory auditor or in a small firm, an engagement follows the same rhythm. It starts with a first meeting to understand the company and agree on the scope, then a planning meeting. Fieldwork brings a series of interviews with the accountant, the finance director, sometimes sales or purchasing managers, each needing the right person at the right time. The engagement ends with a closing meeting to present findings.
Every one of those meetings is usually arranged by email, with several people's calendars and a few rounds of "does Thursday work?". A booking page replaces that back-and-forth with a link.
One service per type of meeting
On Book, each type of meeting is a service with its own description and an optional price, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Most audit meetings are part of the engagement, so the price can stay empty or show "Free"; separate advisory calls can have their own price. Use the description to say what the meeting covers and what to prepare: trial balance, contracts, stock lists.
During fieldwork, open interview slots on the days you are on site and send the link to your client contact. Each person books the time that suits them, and you arrive with a clear interview schedule.
Setting up your page
- Create your meeting types: first meeting, planning, fieldwork interview, closing meeting.
- Open slots only for the days and times you choose, for example your on-site days for interviews.
- Share the link on your website for prospects, and directly with client teams during an engagement.
- Book meetings yourself from your calendar when they're agreed by phone; that slot is then no longer offered online.
Why a page rather than email
Each booking includes the person's name, email and phone, and an optional note where they can say what they'd like to discuss. They receive a confirmation email and you receive an email for each new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the person know. Your calendar syncs with Google, iPhone or Mac, so audit meetings sit next to the rest of your week.
Book doesn't store working papers, documents or invoices; it only handles the appointments. It gives one booking page per business, not a calendar per auditor. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
Your page shows times in your business's time zone, with its name displayed, useful for groups with sites in other countries. To fill a regular week quickly, create a slot once and repeat it on the weekdays you choose until an end date.
