Online booking for lawyers

Most legal work starts with a consultation: the client explains the situation, you assess it and explain the options, the likely steps and how you'll charge. Some leave with advice and nothing more; others become ongoing cases with follow-up meetings, document reviews and preparation before hearings. People often reach out at stressful moments, in family, employment or housing matters, and many prefer to book than to call.

Arranging that first meeting by phone and email takes time from you and your assistant. A booking page lets clients pick a consultation slot themselves, while you keep control of which hours you open.

On Book, each type of meeting is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to state the fields you handle, what to bring (contracts, letters, court documents) and whether the meeting is at your office or by video. Clients can add a short note when booking; ask them to keep the details for the consultation itself. Your fee agreement and case file stay in your own tools.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't manage case files, conflict checks, invoices or payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
