Online booking for investment advisers

Investment advice follows a process: an introductory meeting to explain your approach and fees, then a full assessment of the client's situation, goals, time horizon and attitude to risk before any recommendation. After that come regular reviews, often yearly, plus extra meetings when the client's life changes or they want to invest a new sum. Each meeting needs up-to-date information from the client, and the record of what was discussed stays in your own tools.

A booking page helps at each stage: prospects book the introduction when they're ready, and clients book their review in the slots you open.

On Book, each type of meeting is a service with its own description, and a price if you charge one, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what to bring, such as current account statements or pension information, and whether the meeting is at your office or by video. Clients can add a short note when booking; ask them to keep financial details for the meeting itself.

Clients book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the client know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't store financial data, keep meeting records, send reminders or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
