Online booking for window cleaners

Window cleaning runs on rounds: the same streets, every four to eight weeks, with regular customers who expect you back without having to ask. Around the round come one-off jobs, like a first clean for new customers, a conservatory before summer, windows after building work or a shopfront on a set morning each week. Weather moves things around, and a rainy week pushes the whole round back.

New customers usually ask by text or leave a note, and you fit them in when you're next nearby. A booking page does that for you: you open slots in each area on the days you work there, and customers book one.

On Book, each type of job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say which areas you cover on which days, what's included (frames, sills, inside) and whether you need access to the garden or water. Customers can add a note with their address, the number of windows or anything you should know, such as a side gate code.

Customers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. When rain stops a round, reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let customers know. Your calendar syncs with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't send invoices or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
