Online booking for window installers

A window replacement has a fixed sequence: a survey to measure precisely and check the openings, an order to the manufacturer, a wait of several weeks while the windows are made, then fitting days. Between those projects come smaller jobs, like adjusting a window that sticks, replacing worn seals or changing a handle, that take an hour or two and keep existing customers coming back.

A booking page lets customers book the survey visit and the small jobs directly, and you book fitting days yourself once the windows are delivered.

On Book, each visit or job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say what the survey covers, how long manufacturing usually takes and what the customer should prepare for fitting day, such as clearing space around the windows. Customers can add a note with their address and the number of windows. Each slot sits within one day, so larger installs are booked day by day.

Customers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the customer know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't write quotes or invoices, track orders or take payments. It costs €5/month, everything included: unlimited bookings and services, no commission, no contract.
