Online booking for tile fitters

A full bathroom or a large floor takes several days: stripping, preparing, tiling, then grouting once the adhesive has set. Those jobs start with a visit to measure, check the surfaces and talk through the tiles and layout before you quote. Alongside them come small jobs, like a splashback, regrouting a shower or replacing cracked tiles, that fit in a day or a few hours.

Customers want to show you the room before they commit, which means a visit at a time they're home. A booking page lets them pick one of your visit slots directly, and book the small jobs too.

On Book, each visit or job is a service with its own price and description, and you open slots for each at the length it takes. Use the description to say whether tiles are supplied, what preparation is included and what the customer should do before you arrive, like clearing the room or choosing tiles. Customers can add a note with their address and room size. Each slot sits within one day, so a full bathroom is scheduled day by day after the quote.

Customers book without an account, with their name, email and phone. They get a confirmation email, and you get an email for every new booking. Reschedule or cancel from your bookings list and let the customer know, and sync your calendar with Google, iPhone or Mac. Book doesn't write quotes or invoices, or take payments.
